Boys Tennis gets past RHAM

  Newington 4, RHAM 3: The Indians have been struggling to beat RHAM over the past couple of years, but they finally got that elusive win on Friday. Newington won three out of four singles matches, propelling it to victory.

No. 1 singles player Ron Abraham had a decisive 6-1, 6-3 win over Tom Buckley as No. 2 Hubert Bis and No. 4 Peter Galante also picked up victories. The doubles team of Brian Condon and Zach England also go a 6-1, 6-3 win for the Indians.

The match was the first of the season for Newington while RHAM drops to 1-1.
