Boys Tennis has big win over Conard

Newington 4, Conard 3: Adam Porell clinched the Indians’ victory Thursday afternoon with a thrilling three-set win over Kyle Armstrong, 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 in fourth singles.

That win allowed Newington (10-3) to hold off Conard, which fell to 10-5 on the season.

Ron Abraham won in first singles, Ryan Fuffo won in second singles and Connor Buckley go the win in third singles for the Indians.
